Maria Magdalena Mbanga-Mazvimavi is the founder of Tariro/Hope for Her Global, founded in July 2019. Hope for Her Global came into being in the city of Jarupa Valley, California with over 20 selfless women in the Jarupa Valley Days for Girls whose chief aim was to give over 1000 reusable sanitary pads to girls from disadvantaged communities in Zimbabwe. However, we realized the need was not for Zimbabwe alone. There were women and girls in other countries in similar situations and it was befitting to take the initiative to those countries as well. Then, it was no longer just sanitary pads but also help in the areas of health, environment, security, and economic sustenance of women and girls. More had to be done!
We are a group of ordinary women experts in our fields and professions — leaders, community builders, advocates, activists, scientists, doctors, teachers, lawyers, spiritual leaders, and life coaches from countries around the globe working together to bring hope to women and girls by offering our skills and expertise. You are Hope. We are HOPE FOR HER GLOBAL and together we can bring hope to one woman, one girl at a time. Find out more on our Programs page.
